Use this coupon when you want to give your customers or employees an amount or percent off of their entire order. For example, if you have a $5 off of your order when you spend $25, or and Employee get 50% off of their order when not working.

Go to MGMT and click on the Coupons.
\nClick on create new.
\nClick on the Entire Order button. When you do this you have 3 sub categories Amount, Percent Off, and Set Price.
\nEach one has their own uses.
\na. Amount off would be used when you have $5 off your order when you spend $25.
\nb. Percent Off which would be used when your have employees who get a free meal while working.
\nSelect the subtype of coupon that would work best for your situation.
\nEnter the coupon name, when you do that the button name and the receipt name will automatically populate.
\nThe boxes that will be available will depend on the subtype you selected. The Qualifying Amt will be available for all of the items. This is where you would put the amount you want the customer to spend before the coupon becomes available to be used.
\na. If you selected the Amount Off the coupon value will be available to enter the dollar amount.
\nb. If you selected the Percent Off the Percent Off box will allow you to enter the percentage, you wish to take off. Also, with this subtype you can set the maximum values that the coupon can take off.
\nNext you would enter the coupon description.
\nNext you have the options for the coupons.
\na. If Not valid with Other Coupons is selected then the customer can use only this coupon on their order.
\nb. Single Use Only (Once Per Customer) means that you must have a customer in put on the order for the coupon to show up. This will also make it so that they can only use the coupon once on that customer’s profile.
\nc. No Discounted Items in Qualifying Amt means that when it looks at the qualifying amount it will not take any items that have been discounted into account.
\nd. Require Approval means that a manager would need to enter their number to approve the use of that coupon.
\ne. Apply to All menus will make it so that if you have multiple menu’s the coupon would show up on all of them. If this is unchecked it will only show the coupon for the currently selected menu.
\nf. Free delivery would make it so that the delivery fee is zeroed out if there is one.
\ng. If Delivery Fee if Zero is selected then the delivery fee will charge even if the coupon make the order zero.
\nh. Is active means that the coupon is currently available for use.
\ni. Exclude Order Types is used when you want to use this coupon for a specific order type or types. When you check this box it will open up a new page that will show all of your available orders types. **** Remember the order types that you place on the left are the ones that the coupon will not show up for.****

\nq. Require Validation code means that when the employee or customer tries to use this coupon they will be required to enter a code for the coupon to work. Once you check this box you will need to put a validation code in.

\nii. You can set the code to have an expiration date after which the code will no longer work.

The Buy One Get One coupon would be used when you want to do a promotion of either buy one get one free or buy one get one using a selected amount off.

\nClick on the Buy One Get One button. When this is selected, there are 3 subcategories Amount Off, Percent Off, and Set Price.
\nEach one has their own uses and one should be selected to suit the needs of the coupon.

\nb. Percent Off which would be used when you want to give the customer a percentage off of the order when the coupon is applied.

\ny. Pick any will allow you make is so that the customer must have a certain number of the items in the group above. When this is checked a box will appear with and up and down arrow allowing you to select the number of items you want them to have to have.
\nz. Required Item is a list where you can put the items that you want them to have to have in the order for the coupon to show available.
\ni. When you select the required items, a new window will pop up.
\nii. You can select items to be added to the required items list by using the drop-down boxes at the top of the screen.

\nvii. Lastly select the item itself and hit the add item button.

Forcing Credit Cards is a method to be able to accept Credit Cards when the internet has failed and without verifying availability of the funds against the credit card processor at the time of the transaction.

For a store using Tripos, go to Config>System>Install Settings

The employees need to have a security enabled to have permission to force cards without manager approval. You can add this security per labor type or per employee.

To enable per employee, go to Mgmt>Employee>Select Employee>Securites>Orders>Force Credit Cards>Add Access>Save. Green means it is enabled.

To add it to the whole labor group go to Config>Security>Choose Labor Group>Orders>Force Credit Cards>Add>Save.

This is all the configuration that is needed. This only needs to occur one time, and not every time the internet goes down.

Once you try to collect payment with no internet you will get a declined error on screen as the system is unable to communicate with the credit card server.
\nAfter that error you will need to hit the force button then enter any 4-digit number for the approval code and click Authorize.
\nThese transactions will be stored, and will need to be manually batched from each station in order to send the transactions to WorldPay.

There are two ways to do a manual entry of a credit card. The steps are the same with both the TriPOS software and the new Datacap software.

The first and the most common method of manual entry is used for over the phone delivery orders. This method will automatically display the manual entry on the credit card reader. It requires a few steps to get set up:
\na. Go to Config System in the POS
\nb. Go to order types and stages then click on the delivery order type. From there select the “Display Dlvy Payment Method”
\nc. Once this is selected go to orders and place a delivery order and the payments should appear select credit card and the reader will start the manual entry process
\nd. For the manual entry you are required to entry in the account number of the card
\ne. The CVV and the Zip code are optional settings in the POS
\ni. To enable the CVV go to config computer then Revention Credit Server. Check the Use CVV Number and Require CVV
\nii. Same Process for the zip code
\nThe second method of manual entry is much quicker. All that is required is to select credit as a payment type then hit the cancel button on the reader. Once that is done there is a manual entry button on the POS screen hit that then authorize. This method of manual entry is most common with Datacap processors.

Customer Accounts are like house accounts where the payment method for any orders can be a credit that gets added to a balance and then billed for whenever the store feels necessary or when the there is no more available credit.
\nHere’s how to make a New Customer Account.
\nNavigate to Mgmt > Customer
\nType in the Customer Info to bring you to the correct customer profile that you want to make into a Customer Account.
\nSelect “Account” at the bottom left of the screen
\nSelect “Open New Account”

\nSet the Credit Limit for the Customer Account to whatever you feel is necessary (Maximum is 99,999)
\nSelect “Change”
\nThe Customer Account is now ready for use as a Payment Method.
Instead of creating a separate account for the same business which can cause mass confusion when it comes to the time of billing the business, we can link the separate customer profile to the same account.

The Customer Profile is now ready to be used for Account Payment.
As you get more familiar with the different POS systems features, this setup here is something a new employee may ask.
\nExample:
\nGo to Mgmt.
\nGo to Cust Acct Statement.
\nSelect Account, and place a checkmark next to it.
\nSelect Create Statement in the bottom right of the screen.
\nChoose Date Desired, and select View.
Got to Mgmt.
\nClick on Customer.
\nLook for customer based of search criteria. (Name in this example)
\nClick on customer, and select account. (bottom-left of screen)
\nHere, we have 4 options when changing customer accounts.
\nChange Status
\nChange Limit
\nApply Payment
\nAdjust Balance
\nChange Account Status, has the option to either.
\nOpen= Account can still add orders as normal
\nHold= Account is suspended, but cannot accept nor allow payment
\nClose= Account is shut down
\nChange Limit= Increase or Decrease the Cut-Off amount on how much the account can spend.
\nApply Payment= Pay how much the account is owed. (No Payment Type can be selected)
\nAdjust Balance= Without adjusting the cut-off mount, the amount remaining from hitting the cutoff amount can be added/subtracted.
In this guide we will walk through how to collect payments to pay towards customer accounts.
\nWhen you do this the station you are going to be taking a account payment must have a open drawer on it. It will not let you make a payment on a station that doesn’t have a open cash drawer.

Once your on the station with a open cash drawer to make a account payment.
\nNavigate to Cash.

Then Select the account you want to make the payment towards and select make payment

Select how they want to make the payment.
\nAnd enter in the amount to be paid.
\nAcct Cat can be blank or set to none.
\nAfter it looks like this with the payment amount being whatever there going to pay towards the balance select tender.
\nIt will prompt you where to print the receipt and then take you back to the Cash screen and print the receipt.
\nAnd that’s how you make a payment towards accounts.

When it comes to bars, efficiency is key in being able to maintain a potentially high customer volume type of environment.
\nOne of the settings that is offered through our POS software is being able to get the customer’s name from swiping the credit card which when doing so will generate a customer’s first and last name instead of having to manually enter it in.
\nThis simple feature might sound small but to a bar owner, seconds of time saved equals more business efficiency.
\nHere’s how to enable getting the Customer’s Name from Credit Card.
\nNavigate to Config then System then go to Order Types & Stages.
\nSelect the Order Type that is specific to the Order Type that you use for your Bar and enable “Get Cust Name From CC”.
\nOnce this is done, exit from this screen and access the Orders screen and ring up an item under the specified order type.
\nHit “Collect” or “Send” and you’ll then see this screen.
\nAfter seeing this screen you swipe the Credit Card on the MagStrip Reader on the side of the station (MSR) to get the Customer’s Name from the MagStrip of the customer's credit card which allows you to pre-authorize a credit card to start a tab shortly afterwards.

Let’s say an apartment complex, business, hotel, or school hasn’t been added into your POS before and you want to do so. The easiest way to do so is through a customer’s profile.
\nTo start, we’ll log into Revention and go to Mgmt > Customer

You can add a new customer, or search for an existing one using the available options. Select the one you would like to edit.

Now in the Edit Customer screen, on the right, you’ll see the options to create a new location.

Select the one that applies to the customer’s location, and you’ll see new fields populate below to be filled in. For example, we’ll create a new business by selecting Business, then filling in the Business Name and Address. Once finished, clicking Save in the bottom right of the screen will not only save the changes to the customer, but also save the location and address for future use and addition to other customers.

After you Save the changes and the location has been added, you can see by going to another customer that doesn’t have this location assigned, selecting Business again, and starting to type the Business Name, your new location will show up on the right in the list of saved locations. You can select it from there and the rest of the name and address will automatically populate. The steps to add an apartment, hotel, or school are the same
\nIn some cases, you may have multiple customer profiles for the same customer that aren’t necessary. To fix this you can simply merge the accounts into one.
\nLog into the POS application with your employee login. Once at the main menu select Config then select Customer Maint.

Once in the customer maint. section, we have the ability to search for customers by name, phone, email etc.

In this case we will search by phone and pull up any customer profile with the phone number (111) 111-1111. Once the phone number has been typed into the field press Find to see your results.

As you can see, we have 2 customer profiles that share the same phone number. Since we have confirmed these are the same customer, we can simply merge them to prevent confusion.

To merge we will use the Merge customers Feature located to the right of the screen.

Use the From and To section to determine what customer profile will merge in this example we can see that the top result includes an address so we will aim to keep this profile and merge the second.
\nSimply select the profile you want to merge onto the other, by clicking the profile this will go into the From box then select the profile you wish to keep this will go in the To box. Select by clicking the From/To arrows.

Now that we have selected and added the account to there proper section we will click the Merge button to complete the merge process.
\nClick yes to confirm this change and save.

Once complete we can now see that there is only one customer profile.
The Revention POS has a marketing solution that allows you to query the customer data base with over 40 different parameters to choose from. This feature takes the customer data entered by the employees and allows it to be used for marketing and customer loyalty purposes. This guide will explain how to utilize the marketing feature in the Revention POS.
\nIn the POS go to MGMT and select the Marketing button.
\nThis will take you to the Marketing home screen.
\nThe Queries tab is the default screen you seen when going to marketing in the POS and is divided into 8 sections.
\nUser-Defined Queries- Stores saved queries and when selected will all you to choose the one you like to run.
\nAll Customers – This is a prebuilt query that takes 1-5 minutes to run and will query all customers in the system. This when run will show the results in the results window.
\nNew Customers – Prebuilt query that has a preset date range for the past 30 days but it does allow for the date range to be changed before running.
\nLazy Customers- Prebuilt query that when ran shows customers within a date range that have not placed orders.
\nCustomers That Require Offers – This is a prebuilt query that shows over the range of the past 30 days customers who only ordered when they had a coupon or a discount.
\nCustomer Special Dates- Prebuilt query that shows all customers that have a special date within the date range you choose which the query defaults to the past 30 days.
\nIncreasing Customers – Prebuilt query that shows increasing in order count or ticket amount in their order history that is increasing over the last 90 days.
\nDecreasing Customers – Prebuilt Query that shows customers over the past 90 days who’s order history has decreased.
\nThis section shows the selected ranges and options when running a query.
\nDate Range – used to set the ranges when running a query. Some options include 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, month and year to date and a custom option that can be selected as well.
\nItems ordered – Can be used to adjust queries for specific items, menu groups, sizes, or styles.
\nCustomer Info – Lets you query specific customer information such as complaints, special days, yes/no email address, customer ID, and if they are a rewards member.
\nLocation Info – can be used to gather results for queries using location types, zip codes and, zones.
\nItems not ordered – Can be used in a query to show information about items not included on customer orders.
\nSave Query - This allows you to save queries and their parameters to be used when needed. It will save them in the user defined query tab.
\nOrders - Allows you to query customer information adjusted to specific order options.
\nAdj/Cpn – Allows queries to be adjusted using specific information from coupons.
\nAt the bottom right of the screen you will see a Clear button this will clear and reset parameters back to default on a query.
\nAlso in the bottom right there is a Run Query button this will execute the query and parameters you have selected and you will then be able to review the information from the query on the results page.
\nAny time a query is ran the results of customer information is displayed on the results screen. You can review that information given and at the bottom of the screen there are 5 options that can be used to help review the data from the query.
\nDelete Selected – This allows you to delete selected customer records completely from the customer database.
\nMap – This feature allows you to plot customer address using the customer information gained from running queries.
\nPrint Labels – This allows you to print mailing labels using the customer address information from your search.
\nPrint -Allows you to print the data found from the query that was ran.
\nExport – This button allows you to export the query results to a .csv file that can be opened in Excel or Notepad.
\nIn order to change the delivery times, we will first need to set a default time. First you will log into the POS.
\nFrom here you click on config.
\nThen select system.
\nYou will be brought to the system configuration screen.
\nNow click on order types and stages in the upper part of the screen.
\nWhich will bring you to the order type screen.
\nNow select Delivery and or Pickup.
\nThen on bottom right hand side of screen click edit next to estimated time.
\nThe next screen will pop up allowing you to edit the time by using the drop-down menu.
\nNow that the default time is set, we will show you how to temporarily increase the time or decrease it based on your needs due to customer volume.
\nFrom the main screen select orders.
\nUse the drop-down menu in top left to select your order type Web Delivery, Delivery, Pickup Web Pickup.
\nTap the yellow box with the time listed on it i.e. 60 minutes.
\nYou will get a prompt informing you that you will be temporarily setting the time, which will remain in affect for 24 time span. (or until you click close day button)
\nClick yes to proceed with changing the time.
\n** Note time updates for online order types happen within about 5 minutes before changes reflect online**
\nEnter the new time you wish the estimated time to be.
\nThe time will be changed on the order screen. All other workstations will be updated upon new order and your online customer will be notified of the new time when they place their order.
\nWhen touching or clicking the Estimated Time on the order screen and you receive no response you may not have security to edit the value.
\nGo to management on the home screen then select employee.
\nEnter your password or use manager ID.
\nLocate the employee and select edit then click security.
\nPlease proceed to Security and add access to Adjust Estimated Order Time.
When you have a delivery order you driver may need directions or you may also need to know the distance of the delivery. Mapping the order can give you the information you need.
\nFirst you will click the Delivery button to go to the dispatch screen.
\nThen you will highlight the order you wish to map and in the center of the screen click map order.
\nThis will take you to a map showing the location of the store and the delivery destination.
\nThe first button on the bottom left will allow directions to be displayed with the map.
\nWhen you select the print option you are given 3 options for printing. These are map only, directions only or both map and directions.
\nThe other buttons are for zooming in and out on the map.
\nOnce the order has been mapped and any directions or maps have been printed you may now click close in the bottom right and go back to finish the dispatching of the order.
For delivery orders to get routed and delivered to the proper location they will need to be dispatched and once the customer receives the order they need to be returned into the system to take the next delivery order.
\nWhen you have a delivery order ready to be dispatched first you go to delivery.
\nThat will take you to the Dispatch screen where you will see your delivery orders on the left and your drivers on the right.
\nTo Dispatch highlight the order you wish and the driver that will be taking it. Then in the top center click the Dispatch button.
\nThis will move the order and driver to On Road. You can now follow the order by clicking the On Road button on the bottom left.
\nThe On Road screen is where you will return the driver from the delivery.
\nTo do so you will need to highlight both the order and the driver and in the bottom right select Return Driver.
\nOnce the driver is returned the delivery is now complete and all completed deliveries can be reviewed by selecting the complete button on the bottom left.
Once you are logged into the POS, Click on the delivery button on the left side of the screen
\nOnce clicked you will get a pop up message stating “Load Driver for DoorDash Third Party Service”
\nWhat this message is asking you is. Do you want to start the DoorDash Driver for assigning deliveries?
\nSelect Yes if you will be dispatching orders to DoorDash
\nSelect No if you are not using the service.
\nNote. The service pop up will prompt each time you go to the delivery screen if you select no
\nIf you select NO then you will be taken to the delivery screen and there will be no DoorDash driver present on the right hand side.
\nIf you Selected YES then you will be taken the dispatch screen and on right hand side you will see a Driver Named DoorDash.
\nThis means the integrated services has been activated and the next step for creating drawer for the driver would be to dispatch a DoorDash order to it.
\nWait for a delivery order to be placed
\nNOTE – The First order must be dispatched upon pickup, or the drawer will not be created for the DoorDash driver
\nNext select the order and select the driver for the order to be dispatched to
\nOnce dispatched to the DoorDash Driver, you will receive a confirmation pop up. This Popup tells you the name of the DoorDasher that will be receiving the order
\nSelect YES
\nSelect the driver and hit return driver.
\nNOTE - Once the order has been successfully dispatched the system will create a cash drawer for Door Dash. To locate the drawer, you can go 1 of 2 ways.
\nFirst would be selecting the driver and clicking Driver Summary on the dispatch screen.
\nA manager will need enter their code for approval.
\nNext you will be brought to the driver summary screen.
\nNext click driver cash out.
\nYou will be brought to the DoorDash driver screen.
\nThe second way of reaching the DoorDash driver drawer would be to click Cash from the main page
\nThen select employee cash out.
\nAnd you will be brought to the driver/server selection screen to view available cash drawers.
Before you begin I Highly recommend having a mouse and keyboard it will make this process a lot easier then if you where to use the touch screen.

To get to where you would draw the zones you will go to the Config section.
\nThen Select Customer Maint. As seen in this screenshot below.
\nIn Customer maintenance you will then select Zones.
\nThe Zones page is where everything is set up for them to work.
\nThe First step to building a zone is to Give it a Name then select add.
\nIf you plan on adding multiple zones you will add them the same way before you build them.
\nOnce you add in the Zone you will click the Green button labeled Geofence and it will take you to the map page as seen below.
\nNow in this page you will draw the map essentially its connecting the dots where you make the dots.
\nYou Will build your zone around your store which is the red building at the center of the map.
\nYou will put the first dot wherever you wish your zone to start then a line will follow your mouse until you click your next point .
\nYou will then click the spot for the next point surrounding the store. to fill in the zone you will click the first point and it will fill in and look similar to the screenshot below.
\n(note I just made a square around the store but you can put the points where ever you like just make sure not to cross the lines)
\nWith the initial zone built you can still edit the zones looks.
\nTo do this you will click the blue pencil button located here
\nThis will cause the points you created to come back. Now to further edit if you notice the lighter points in the picture above between the points you made.
\nAll these points can be pulled in or out to further shape your zone to something similar to this
\nThese points as you can see can help you shape the zone to cover the area you want to deliver yo and to cut out areas that you don’t. like the lake in the screenshot above
\nThis is how you would shape your zones to fit your needs once the zone is shaped to your desire you can hit the Green Save button on the right side of the screen
\nNow if you have multiple zones it’s the exact same process as the first zone with the only Restriction is being that You Do not want to overlap your zones. It will cause conflicts.
\nHere is a example of overlapping zones.
\nWhat you would do is mold the other zone around the perimeter of the first zone so it will be on the edge of the zone but it will not overlap.
\nAgain you will click the blue Button with the pencil inside to bring back up the points to shape the zone properly without causing any overlap.
\nYou can also swap which zones your editing by clicking the Zone drop-down menu and selecting which zone you would like to edit .
\nDelivery/ Additional fee and Driver compensation.
\nWith The zones made, your Zone page in Customer Maintenance will look like this.
\nYou can now change if you choose to deliver to the zone or not here.
\nYou would simply just click the drop-down menu and select no.
\nAs well as what the delivery fee and driver compensation for each zone here.
\nYou would select the 0.00 then enter what you want them to be.
\nIf you Already have a set delivery fee and driver compensation set in the Delivery settings. You can leave these fields at 0.00.
\nIf they are set but you have zones that you want to charge more you would set the additional fee and it will add to the preexisting Delivery comp and fee.
\nSo if your Delivery Fee is 2.00 But you want to Charge $4 To everyone within the Test zone
\nYou would just set the Additional Fee to $2 .
\nSame Steps with the Delivery fee.
\nWith everything set and your happy with how the zones look and any additional fees set,
\nYou would Click the Upload Zones button to push it to your online ordering. And you are finished setting up your delivery zones

\nIn which case you need to have another driver take it.

Make sure Both Drivers appear in the dispatch screen.
\nIf they don’t both show up in the dispatch screen just go make sure there cash drawer Is open in employee cash out if the Drawer is closed the driver will not show up in driver cash out. (do not add them back in using Add/Remove Drivers that’s meant for clocked in employees who are not clocked in as drivers)
\nTo move reassign a order First return the driver who has the order.
\nThen select complete and highlight the order you want to Redispatch.
\nSelect Remove Dispatch to send the order back to the ready screen.
\nWith the order back in the ready screen.
\nHighlight it again and select the Driver you want to redispatch it to.
\nAnd that’s how you Redispatch a order for delivery.

First you will log into the POS.
\nFrom here you click on config then system.
\nYou will be brought to the system configuration screen.
\nNow click delivery in the upper right of the screen an that will take you to the delivery options.
\nWhen you first go to set up delivery options the default settings would look like this.
\nCheck driver license - checks driver info in employee profile
\nAllow mgmt. override- allows mgmt. to override check time
\nCheck insurance – if insurance is included the system will check for this
\nMax order per run – number orders allowed to take at once
\nOTD average count – if aver set will display the current out the door average
\nMax $ before drop – most money a driver can have before have to deposit it
\nDefault starting bank – starting cash driver carries on them
\nMax miles per run - the max miles they are allowed to travel
\nDefault miles per run – minimum amount of miles they need to dispatch on
\nDispatch FIFO – requires drivers to take oldest orders first ( no picking and choosing orders)
\nRequire auth for dispatch - requires mgmt. approval
\nAllow remove driver on road – allows you to take a driver off the on road screen
\nRemove voids from dispatch - removes voided orders
\nAuto log off - logs you out of POS after dispatching
\nAllow manual delivery fee – allows u to set a delivery fee
\nRemove from dispatch screen on recall – if you had a KDS this takes order off dispatch screen and puts it back in kitchen
\nPrint driver copy of drop receipt – if they are requiring td to drop cash this prints a receipt for driver
\nNo drop receipt printer - stops the receipt from printing after drop
\nCheck for drop on return – if they have max$ before drop set the system checks for order total on return
\nManaged delivery – if you had Door dash or 3rd party integration
\nSend driver confirmation email
\nEnabling compensation will give you 4 options
\nAmount - lets you add dollar value
\nMileage lets you set the minimum compensation and maximum compensation earned
\nPercent lets you set a percent for a minimum and maximum compensation value
\nCompensation includes delivery fee adds the delivery fee to the driver’s compensation
\n\n
Enabling delivery fee will give you 4 new options as well
\nAmount - lets you add dollar value
\nMileage – lets you set the mileage fee , minimum and max fee settings
\nPercent lets you set a percent for a minimum and maximum fee value
\nTaxable – dictates whether the fee is taxable or not
\n\n
If you want to use a delivery zone to set up your delivery area you will need to enable use zones by selecting the use zones option on the right
\nTo set up zones you will need to go to config customer maintenance
\nClick on zones at the top which is the fourth option from the left
\nIn this screen you click zone name to create the name of your zone and click add
\nAfter making zone set it to active and click geofence
\nThis will bring up google maps for you to begin drawing on the map interface
\nClick the arrow tool
\nOnce clicking the icon you will be able to plot points on the map
\nClick this icon and connect the dots, until you get your area drawn, remember no overlapping of drawn areas.
\nOnce the dots are connected this shaded area will define your delivery zones. Only addresses in that area will be able to place orders in the pos system as the data is pulled directly from googles maps
\nZone – name
\nDlvy fee – set am additional delivery fee for this zone
\nDriver comp - can set additional compensation for delivering to this zone
\nthis allows you to edit the zone
\nthis deletes the zone
\nsaves the zone

In order to send mapping to a driver, a few conditions have to be met.
\n· Google maps must first be configured for your POS system.
\n· The service provider as well as the mobile number of the driver should be entered on the driver’s employee profile.
\nTo accomplish these conditions please follow the steps below.
\n\n
Step1: Turning on Google Maps
\nTo turn on the setting for Google maps (it is turned on individually for each station), from the main menu of the POS select the ‘Config’ tab and then the option for ‘Computer’.
\nNext select the tab all the way on the right for ‘Advanced Settings’ and then check mark the option to ‘Use Google Maps’.
\nStep2: Enter mobile number & service provider for drivers.
\nBegin by choosing the ‘Mgmt’ tab from the main POS menu and then selecting the ‘Employee’ tab and logging to see all available employees.
\nAfter accessing the employee tab, find the desired driver and from the main page of the employee profile input the mobile number and service provider for your driver’s mobile phone.
\nStep3: Sending the Maps via the dispatch screen.
\nFrom the delivery screen, once an order has been dispatched to a driver and the driver becomes on-road, the maps for each individual order can be sent to the driver by highlighting the order and the driver and selecting the ‘Send Map to Driver’ button.
