Here is some helpful information to navigate the portal:

Once logged in:

GENERAL INFO & HELP:

  • At the Home Page (Top left in red)

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Helpful Links. Click on any link that you would like to know more about.

  • You can also go to the top right of your Home screen to “Get Help” or “Contact”

  • Click on “Get Help” and it will take you to another website that provides Q&A and answers to commonly asked questions - https://worldpay.egain.cloud/kb/Help/home 
  • Click on “Contact” to send an email directly to an IQ Portal rep regarding a specific need.

STATEMENTS:

Statements are usually available sometime between the 3rd and the 8th of the month, varying month to month.  When you search, you will choose “Reports and Statements”, enter your merchant ID, then choose the date rate 6/1/23 through 6/15/2023 (the 1st and the 15th of the month you are searching).  This will produce your April processing/May statement.  If you want to set an email notification that your monthly statement is available:

  • On the left side of the screen, click “Administration”
  • There will be a drop down, then click “User Administration”
  • It will take you to a new screen where you will see the users registered for that location
  • Click “view” on your user
  • It will take you to a new screen
  • Click “edit” at top right
  • Then you can check or uncheck boxes next to whichever preferences you would like
  • When your preferences are updates as you’d like then, click “Save Access”
