You can submit, view, and manage your support requests through our Customer Portal. The portal allows you to communicate with our Support team, monitor the status of your requests, and add updates whenever necessary.

 

Submit a Support Request

To create a new support request:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.

    Note: If you have never logged in but have created a ticket using your email, click Request Password.

  2. Select Submit a Request.
  • Complete the required fields, including:
    • Subject
    • Description of the issue
    • Organization (if applicable)
  • Attach any relevant screenshots, documents, or other files to help us investigate your request.
  • Select Submit.

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

 

View and Update Existing Requests

To check the status of an existing request:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click on My Requests.
  1. Select the request you want to view by clicking on the subject of the ticket.

From the request, you can:

  • View the current status.
  • Read responses from our Support team.
  • Add additional comments or information.
  • Upload additional attachments if needed.

Note: Only tickets that have public comments will be shown. 

Providing updates directly on your existing request helps keep all communication together and allows us to resolve your issue more efficiently.

 

Search and Filter Your Requests

The Customer Portal includes tools to help you quickly locate requests.

You can:

  • Search by keyword.
  • Filter requests by status.
  • View recently updated requests.
  • Review previously solved requests.

 

Mark a Request as Solved

If your issue has been resolved, you can mark the request as solved directly from the Customer Portal. This lets our team know that no further assistance is needed.

 

Reopen a Solved Request

If your issue returns after a request has been marked as solved, you can create a follow-up request from the original ticket. This helps us maintain the history of the issue while continuing to provide support.
