Adding a Size
Use the Sizes page in menu manager to set up the basic parameters of a menu. Follow the steps below to add a new size.
Steps:
From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.
Go to the Size > Sizes Summary page.
From the screen, use the Group dropdown to select the group to edit.
Click Add Size. The Add Size Pop-up displays.
From the Add Size pop-up, use the Available Sizes dropdown to select an existing size. The configurations below Available Sizes will be automatically populated.
To create a new Size, enter the Size Name and select the appropriate checkboxes.
Click Save when finished. The new size displays on the Size grid.
Editing a Size
Steps:
From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.
Go to the Size > Sizes Summary page.
From the screen, use the Group dropdown to select the group to edit.
Click the pencil icon next to the menu size you want to edit. The Edit Size pop-up displays.
Click Update when finished.
Deleting a Size
Steps:
From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.
Go to the Size > Sizes Summary page.
From the screen, use the Group dropdown to select the group to edit.
Click the trash icon next to the menu size you want to delete.
Click Confirm to delete.
Exclude Size from Stores
Use the Excluded Stores page in Menu Manager to exclude a size from specific stores when these stores don’t offer it. Follow the steps below to exclude the size from select stores.
Steps:
From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.
Click the Size > Excluded Stores page to display the Size’s Excluded Stores screen.
From the screen, use the Group dropdown to select the group to edit.
Select the size by clicking the down arrow to expand it.
Once you have selected the size to exclude, the store list will be expanded, showing the stores that carry that size.
To remove it from a store, click the box to red cross it.
Click Save Updates when finished.
A Confirmation message displays.
