Use the Sync to Stores page to push menu updates to POS and/or Online Ordering. You can

  • Sync to All Stores

  • Sync to Selected Store

  • View Sync Log and Status

 


Sync to All Stores

Use the Preference Summary page in Menu Editor to add a preference to menu options. Follow the steps below to add a new preference on the Preference Summary page.

Steps:

  1. From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.

  2. Go to the Sync To Stores page.

  3. You can sync to all stores that are currently subscribing to this Menu, or you may select a specific store to sync the menu to. By default, all stores are selected.

  1. You can either sync the menu updates to POS or POS + Online Ordering.

  1. Click Sync Now to push menu updates to all stores.

 


Sync to Selected Stores

Steps:

  1. From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.

  2. Go to the Sync To Stores page.

  3. If you want to push menu updates to a specific store, select the store from the dropdown and click Sync Now.

Note: If the selected store is offline, there will be a warning reminding the user that we are unable to connect to the selected store, and the Sync Now button will be disabled.

 


Viewing the Sync Status

Steps:

  1. From RM, click Manage > Menu Manager > Enter the Menu Editor.

  2. Go to the Sync To Stores page.

  3. Once you click the Sync button, the stores will appear in the log with the status of the sync process. ​

Note: There are 3 statuses – In Progress, Success, or Failed. The sync process may take up to 5 minutes, but we are seeing most syncs show Success within 5 minutes.
