Text Marketing Calendar

The Text Marketing calendar is where most users will spend their time. This is where all scheduled campaigns will be displayed, access to subscriber lists, and the ability to schedule Text Marketing campaigns.

Why it Matters

The calendar gives your marketing efforts structure and foresight. It lets you plan around key business periods—like holidays, weekends, or sporting events—and avoids over-messaging customers. Centralizing all campaigns helps reduce overlap, manage brand consistency, and visualize campaign pacing across stores. 

Store Level View

• Visibility into each campaign that has been scheduled for the designated stores
  • Dark Green: When the subscribers will receive their Text message
  • Light Green: How long the coupon is available for (if applicable)

Corporate Level View

• Visibility into corporate brand-wide campaigns and individual stores. Only applicable if Corporate and Store Level sending as activated across the brand.
• Why This Matters: The allows users who are establishing brand-wide campaigns to plan around individual stores, so that subscribers are not receiving multiple messages inside a condensed timeframe increase unsubscribe risk. 
  • Dark Green: When subscribers will receive their Corporate Brand-wide Text message 
  • Light Green: How long the coupon is available for Corporate Brand-wide campaigns (if applicable) 
  • Dark Grey: When a store level campaign is scheduled 
  • Light Grey: How long the coupon is available for the store level campaign (if applicable)

  • Grey: When a store level campaign is scheduled

Total Subscriber 

You can view your total number of Text Message subscribers right from the calendar page. Click on the subscriber count to open a window with options to import or export your list. 

Import

Imported lists must follow a specific format. A downloadable template is available to make this process easier. When you import a list, the system will identify duplicates (contacts that already exist in HungerRush) and only add new contacts.  

Export

You can also export your current list as a CSV for record-keeping or auditing. The exported list will be emailed directly to the user based on the email used to log into HUB.
