Engagement Campaign

Inside the Text Marketing Calendar, you can schedule a new Engagement Campaign which is a more open-ended, flexible campaign. Engagement campaigns do not have any coupon link assigned to them, therefore, the Text Marketing performance pages will not show any results for this type of campaign.

Select Stores 

Once selected, the system will display a list of stores eligible to send the message. Stores are displayed based on permission levels. By choosing one or more stores, the scheduled message will be sent only to the subscribers associated with those selected stores.
