A quick reminder of all the text marketing campaign configurations will be presented at the end of the process. This allows your teams to confirm all the requirements align with your expectations of the campaign.

Locked Coupons

To ensure coupons are not adjusted for active campaigns, the Text Marketing system will automatically “Lock” the coupon so edits can not be made while subscribers has access to the coupon. Once the campaign is completed the coupon will unlock.

If you need immediate access to the coupon, the Text Marketing campaign can be deleted which will remove the lock, but this will require a new campaign to be created.

Coupon Landing Page

(Only applicable for Coupon Campaigns)

Once the text message is sent to the customer, there will be a link included in the message.

When the customer clicks that link, they are directed to a coupon landing page. This page outlines the full coupon details, including discount value, expiration date, qualifying conditions, and any limitations.

The page also includes a clear "Order Online" button that takes the customer directly to your brandʼs online ordering site. When accessed through this path, the system automatically applies the coupon and confirms that itʼs active for the order.

If the customer prefers to copy and paste the code manually, the page also includes a copy-toclipboard function for convenience.

Why it Matters

This landing page acts as both a conversion tool and a support feature. It reduces friction during checkout by pre-applying the coupon, which can boost redemption rates. It also reinforces transparency—customers see exactly what theyʼre getting and how to use it. If there's confusion, the manual entry option offers a fallback. Overall, this improves the customer experience and increases the likelihood that your offer turns into an actual sale.
