After a text message has been sent, the Reports tab allows you to analyze how your campaigns performed. This dashboard gives you access to key performance metrics across all campaigns, filtered by store, timeframe, or campaign name, so you can continuously optimize your strategy.

Report Types

Store and campaign-level filtering lets you pinpoint exactly where your marketing is performing best. By isolating results by location or campaign, you can identify top-performing stores, spot underperformers, and tailor future campaigns for specific audiences—maximizing ROI across your entire brand. 

Stores – Breaks down results by location so you can compare how each store performed in the same campaign. 

Campaigns – Aggregates performance data across all stores to provide a high-level view of each campaign. 

 

Filters & Search 

Filtering by campaign name and start/end date helps you focus on the exact campaigns you want to analyze, without getting lost in unrelated data. The system captures any campaign activity within the selected date range—even if it ended later—ensuring you see a complete picture of performance for timely, accurate decision-making. 

Campaign Search – Find specific campaigns using the campaign name assigned during message creation. 

Start & End Dates – Defines the reporting window. Campaigns with messages sent inside the date range will appear in full, even if their associated coupon expires outside that range.

 

Key Metrics 

These key metrics give you a clear snapshot of campaign reach, engagement, and financial impact. From tracking how many campaigns and messages were sent, to measuring coupon redemptions and revenue generated, you can directly link marketing activity to results. Automated removal of invalid numbers ensures you target only real, active subscribers—protecting your budget and improving campaign efficiency over time.

Total Campaigns Sent – Number of campaigns launched during the selected period.

Total Messages Sent – Total number of messages delivered to subscribers. 

Total Redemptions – Number of unique coupon redemptions linked to the campaign.  

Total Revenue – Total revenue from redeemed coupons, based on the actual amount paid by customers. 

Invalid Numbers Removed – Our system identifies invalid numbers (ie. Landlines, inactive phone numbers, etc.). then automatically removes them from your subscriber list. This list cleaning allows you to always send Text Messages to an accurate subscriber base, while not paying extra for numbers that would be ineligible to receive a message.

Tracking invalid phone numbers helps you understand the true reach of your campaigns and protect your marketing budget. By automatically moving numbers with repeated delivery failures to the invalid list, the system ensures you’re only paying to send messages to active, reachable subscribers—improving both efficiency and ROI 

 

Store & Campaign Level Metrics   

Store-level metrics reveal how each location contributes to overall campaign success, making it easy to spot top performers and identify where improvements are needed. With the ability to drill down into a specific campaign and view its lifecycle visually, you can see how engagement builds over time—helping you refine timing, offers, and targeting for each store. 

Report Type – To review store vs campaign level metrics the report type must be set to “Store” or “Campaign”

  • Run Report: – To trigger the new report, “Run Report" must be selected to pull the updates data into the dashboard.  

By accessing the table you will find all the stores that had a campaign found inside the designated date range with high level metrics of each store.  

Once a store is selected the table will display all the associated campaigns for that specific store with aligned performance metrics.

  • Messages Sent – Total number of messages sent to subscribers for this store based on the specific campaign.
  • Sending Cost – Complete cost of the Text Marketing campaign. Cost is dynamic and based on the total number of subscribers for the entire brand, associated pricing tier based on subscriber list, and the number of messages sent against each campaign.

  • Redemptions – Number of unique coupon redemptions for this store based on the specific campaign.
  • Revenue – Total revenue generated from that campaign for this specific store, based on the order totals from consumers who have redeemed the associated Text Marketing coupon.
  • ROI – ROI shows the revenue your campaigns generate compared to the cost, helping you focus on what drives the most profit. 

If you would like a closer look at this campaign data, the dropdown can be accessed to view more granular data. The system will display the data in a “funnel” aspect so you can visually see the impact of each campaign.

  • Invalids Removed – Our system will identify invalid numbers (ie. Landlines, inactive phone numbers, etc.) on an individual store basis for each campaign, then automatically removes them from your subscriber list.
  • Messages Sent – Total number of messages sent to subscribers for this store based on the specific campaign.
  • Messages Delivered – Total number of messages delivered to subscribers for this store based on the specific campaign (ie. The Text Message was received by the subscriber’s phone number).
  • RedemptionsNumber of unique coupon redemptions for this store based on the specific campaign.
  • UnsubscribedTotal number of subscribers that unsubscribed after receiving this campaign for this specific store.
  • UndeliveredTotal number of messages that were sent to the subscriber list but never delivered. This can occur when a mobile phone is off, inactive, or other similar circumstances where the message is unable to reach the subscriber’s phone. If we identify a subscriber’s phone number falls into an “undelivered” status for 3 separate campaigns they will be moved to the invalid number list and not be sent to again.

By automatically moving numbers with repeated delivery failures to the invalid list, the system ensures you’re only paying to send messages to active, reachable subscribers—improving both efficiency and ROI 

 

Export   

If you would like to export the data for your personal records you will find an “Export” button just about the data table. This will download an excel file to your personal device. All data is based on the date range that that establishes for the report.
