Report Purpose:
The Employee In-Store Hours Report tracks the total hours worked by each employee, separated into in-store hours and on-road hours. It enables operators to view how long staff are out of store for deliveries--especially important for operators that have time based insurance rates for their drivers.

Metric Definitions:
Employee Number = The unique identifier assigned to the employee in the system.
Employee Name = The employee’s full name as recorded in the system.
Labor Type = The role or job code worked during the recorded hours (e.g., Insider, Driver, Manager).
In-Store Hours = Total hours the employee spent working inside the store.
On-Road Hours = Total hours the employee spent performing delivery or driving duties.
