Report Purpose:

The Delivery Out-the-Door Time report is used to better understand your delivery performance by store over the day in order to adjust staffing levels if Out-the-Door (OTD) times are too high and causing orders to be late.

Out the Door time is calculated by looking at the time the order was placed till the order was dispatched to the driver. Note: Deferred delivery orders are excluded from this report as to not skew the OTD metrics for future placed orders.

If there are Late Orders in the date range selected, a 2nd tab/page will generate that contains the order details for these late orders.
