Report Purpose:

The Employee Credit Card Tips Report tracks tip earnings from credit card transactions by employee. It helps managers review how tips are distributed, compare tip percentages relative to sales, and ensure accurate payroll and compliance reporting. This report also highlights performance trends across employees and stores.

Metric Definitions:

Employee Name = The name of the employee who received the credit card tips.

Labor Type = The employee’s job role or position (e.g., Cashier).

CC Sales = The total dollar amount of credit card sales processed by the employee.

CC Tips = The total dollar amount of tips collected from credit card sales for that employee.

CC Tip % = The percentage of credit card sales that were received as tips (CC Tips ÷ CC Sales).
