Report Purpose:

The Payroll Details Report tracks employee work hours, pay rates, and earnings at both the daily and weekly level. It’s designed to help operators verify time punches, monitor labor costs, and ensure payroll accuracy before processing.

Metric Definitions:

Date = The calendar date of the employee’s shift.

Emp Num = The employee’s ID number in the system.

In Time = The clock-in time for the shift.

Out Time = The clock-out time for the shift.

Labor Type = The role or job code worked (e.g., Insider, Driver).

Notes = Shows if the timeclock entry was for a break or was edited

Reg Hours = Total regular hours worked during that shift or period.

OT Hours = Overtime hours worked, if applicable.

Reg Rate = The hourly pay rate applied to regular hours.

OT Rate = The hourly pay rate applied to overtime hours.

Amt = Total dollar amount earned for that shift or time period.

Comp = Any driver compensation adjustments (outside regular/OT pay).

Grat = Gratuities automatically applied (if applicable).

Tips = Cash tips entered for the shift.

CC Tips = Credit card tips received.

Total Tips = The combined total of cash and credit card tips.

Sales = The total sales amount associated with the employee (if tracked).

Tips % = Tips earned as a percentage of sales.

Miles = Miles tracked for delivery drivers (if applicable).
