Report Purpose:

The Sales By Channel Report organizes sales based on the channels through which orders are received (e.g., POS, DoorDash, UberEats). It allows operators to evaluate the performance of third-party platforms versus in-store transactions, measure guest traffic, and monitor profitability by channel.
