Metric Definitions:
Customer Name = The name of the customer or organization with a house account.
Date = The date when the order was placed.
Order # = The identifying number assigned to the order.
Amount = The total value of the order before gratuity or tips.
Grat = Any gratuity charged to the account.
Tips = Any tips applied to the order.
$ Total Amount = The full amount charged to the customer’s house account
