Product Mix

Report Purpose:

The Product Mix is a multi-store report used to analyze Menu performance across all your stores at the same time by comparing item sales for each store.

Metric Definitions:

Avg Price = Net Sales / Total Quantity

Total Quantity = Number of items sold

Net $ = Net Sales Amount after adjustments, coupons, and tax, excluding Delivery Fees

Sales %= Net Sales Amount divided by the Store’s Net Sales
