Starting in Q4 2026, all legacy Menu Editor users will be upgraded to Menu Manager. Your menus, items, modifiers, preferences, and pricing come with you. No action is needed.
What's staying the same
Your menu, intact. Your menus, items, modifiers, and pricing come with you.
Your team's access. Everyone who can edit menus today keeps that access.
Nothing to set up. You don't need to sign up or do anything. We move your menu for you.
Your POS, online ordering, and third-party channels. Your channels stay connected and keep receiving menu updates.
About the upgrade
What is Menu Manager? Menu Manager is the next generation of Menu Editor. Set your menu once, and it synchronizes across your POS, online ordering, third-party channels, and beyond, so menu updates take significantly less time.
Why are we upgrading?
One menu, shared across stores. Build a centralized menu once and use it across all your locations, while still setting each store’s own prices.
Manage every channel in one place. Update your POS, online ordering, and third-party menus from a single screen instead of logging in to each one
Fewer mismatches. Your channels stay in sync, so guests see the items and prices you set for each store.
Is the upgrade automatic? Yes. All Menu Editor users are being upgraded automatically, and you don't need to sign up. After the upgrade, Menu Manager replaces the current single-store Menu Editor.
When will my account be upgraded?
Menu Manager is rolling out in Q4 2026. We'll send a newsletter email before your upgrade, and your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be notified ahead of time too.
What to expect
Do I need to do anything?
No. We’ll move your menu for you. We suggest reviewing your menu after the upgrade to make sure everything looks right.
Will my existing menus, items, modifiers, and pricing carry over?
Yes.
Will my menu be unavailable during the upgrade?
The upgrade will be completed off-business hours and takes a couple of minutes.
I only have one store. Is Menu Manager still right for me?
Yes. Menu Manager works for a single store, and it's ready if you add locations or brands later.
I have more than one store or brand. Will everything upgrade at the same time?
Yes.
Will my team's access change?
No. Access/security will stay the same.
Will the upgrade change what my guests see?
No. Menu and prices on POS, online ordering, and third-party channels will stay the same.
A few things work differently
Group summary and advanced features such as Time Pricing are moved to new pages or pop-up windows.
View Changes / Publish to Store is now Sync to Stores, where you can also review sync history.
New feature - Menu Validator is added to help you identify menu issues before it hits POS.
