RPOWER - How to Edit or Delete a Customer Account

  1. Go to Manager Functions & Select “Customer List”

  2. Select “Show Gift/Loyal”

  3. At the top enter the customer “Name” or “Phone” and select the Account you are wanting to edit/delete

  4. You will be able to see their current FD Balance and you can edit the points if needed

  5. To DELETE an account, you will need to have a Key Board attached to the station. Press “Alt D” and it will as you if you want to delete the member
