The business info located in the sample picture above is pulled from the business info section in the POS located in config then Business info.
As you can see once you are in the business info section you can see the business info that is currently set within the POS here is an example of what you might see.
Here is an example of what the customer ticket would look like with the current info.
Next, we will simply make the necessary adjustments to the business info as needed in this example I will be editing the store phone number.
Make sure to save your changes by pressing the save button on the bottom right. It is good practice to exit the POS application and relaunch to ensure the settings apply.
Here is what the customer ticket business info looks like now after the changes. As you can see the phone number now reflects the changes made.
If the business info is blank or not showing on the receipt you will need to check the ticket format settings.
Go to Config then Printers.
When in the ticket format screen at the top select DefCustTkt.
Finally in the top left make sure Company info is checked this is what allows the business info to be displayed on the receipts.
