RM/HUB - Brand Menu Manager: Overview

The Brand Menu Manager within the HungerRush Restaurant Management HUB gives you full control over creating menus for any store within your franchise.

Through the Menu Manager, you can create multiple menus for your franchise and assign them to your various stores based on pricing tiers, regional availability, and more!

To get started with Menu Manager, first log into the Restaurant Management HUB and select the Manage > Menu Manager option
 

Note: The 'Menu' option in this list leads to a separate menu editor. For guidance on using that menu editor, see the 'Menu Editor in Restaurant Management' guide in this article. 

In order for users to make changes in Menu Manager, they will need to have the corresponding permissions assigned to their Restaurant Management HUB account. Please see this article for more information on adding a user as a Company Admin to give access to Menu Manager functions such as adding or editing items and modifiers.

After selecting the Menu Manager tab, you will see all of the menus in your franchise as well as options for setting which stores each menu will apply to.

After selecting a menu, you can edit the menu by using the Pencil icon, which will bring you to the main Menu Editor page for that menu:

The Menu Editor will start on the POS Preview page which gives you full control over how the order entry buttons will appear on your POS.

Selecting the Menu Settings button will bring you to the main page for adjusting the menu's settings, including adjusting side/extra/lite display settings, adding menu or modifier categories, and adding production items.

Selecting Groups will show the options for adding or adjusting settings for Groups and Group Sequences on your menu.

The Sizes tab will allow you to customize the available Sizes for items in each of your Groups, as well as assign them to your desired stores.

The Styles tab allows you to customize the various Styles offered within each of your Menu's Groups, as well as assign or exclude these from your stores.

The Items tab gives you full control over all of the items offered throughout your Menu's Groups, and allows you to customize your items' Required Modifiers, Size Exclusions, Excluded Stores and more!

The Modifiers tab contains various options for editing your store's Modifiers, including preselecting/excluding modifiers and adjusting their Online sequence.

The Preferences tab allows you to add and edit preferences across your menu, as well as assign these preferences to your various menu items.

The Pricing tab gives you full control of all of your menu pricing, including setting item, modifier, and preference prices, creating time pricing schedules, and more!

Finally, the Sync to Stores tab allows you to save your menu changes and commit them to your store's POS and online menus.

On any page of the Menu Manager, you can use the three dots icon in the upper right corner to validate the menu or delete the current menu. See this article for more information on the Menu Validator.
