Step by Step Instructions

After an order has been sent to the kitchen or collected on you may need to bring it back up. This is how you look up an order.

First go to The order screen.

At the bottom right there should be a group of buttons you will need to select the one called order look up.

Here is a list of all orders taken on todays business day.

From here you can filter the the list of orders in several ways.

First in the upper right you can filter the orders by order type.

Second at the bottom you can you can toggle between paid and unpaid orders or both for the payment status.

You also have a search option as well you can use the search tool on the right side to search by Order Number, Phone Number or Table Number.

Once you have located the order you wish to bring back up on the left hand side left click on the order .

Your order is now back in the order screen and can now be altered, resent, collected on and more.
