Customer Accounts are like house accounts where the payment method for any orders can be a credit that gets added to a balance and then billed for whenever the store feels necessary or when the there is no more available credit.

 Here’s how to make a New Customer Account.

 Navigate to Mgmt > Customer

Type in the Customer Info to bring you to the correct customer profile that you want to make into a Customer Account.

Select “Account” at the bottom left of the screen

Select “Open New Account”

Select “Yes”

Set the Credit Limit for the Customer Account to whatever you feel is necessary (Maximum is 99,999)

 Select “Change”

The Customer Account is now ready for use as a Payment Method.
