Step by Step Instructions
Got to Mgmt.
Click on Customer.
Look for customer based of search criteria. (Name in this example)
Click on customer, and select account. (bottom-left of screen)
Here, we have 4 options when changing customer accounts.

Change Status

Change Limit
-
Apply Payment
-
Adjust Balance
Change Account Status, has the option to either.

Open= Account can still add orders as normal

Hold= Account is suspended, but cannot accept nor allow payment

Close= Account is shut down
Change Limit= Increase or Decrease the Cut-Off amount on how much the account can spend.
Apply Payment= Pay how much the account is owed. (No Payment Type can be selected)
Adjust Balance= Without adjusting the cut-off mount, the amount remaining from hitting the cutoff amount can be added/subtracted.
