How long does it take to integrate HungerRush Delivery Services?
After enrollment, it can take up to 7 days to be fully integrated with Uber Direct. Door Dash Drive may take the same or longer, as initial onboarding is controlled by DoorDash.
Do I need to pay any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees to get started. You only pay a flat fee per delivery, based on distance (see pricing).
Why choose one service over another?
With HungerRush Delivery Services you don’t have to choose. You can combine services and also use your in-house team. Beyond pure pricing differences you may be aware that one service or another has superior coverage than another.
Will using these services allow my customers to pay for their orders with cash?
DoorDash Drive allows for the delivery of cash orders.
Uber Direct only delivers orders paid for by credit card.
What if I want to change my delivery preferences?
You can easily adjust your delivery options (Uber Direct, DoorDash Drive, in-house drivers, or some combination of all) and radius settings at any time.

May I pass delivery fees on to my customers?
Yes, you can pass delivery fees on to your customers. You may set different a delivery radius and attach a fee that will be charged based on the customer’s delivery address.
If you choose to use both DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct, you’ll need to decide in advance which service's fee structure will apply, as the fee cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Since delivery drivers are dispatched directly from the POS after an order is placed, the delivery charge must be pre-determined. If you are using both services, it may make sense to default to the fee structure of DoorDash Drive, as it typically charges higher delivery fees.
Can a store use auto-dispatch if they have both DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct enabled?
No, a store cannot use auto-dispatch if they have both DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct enabled. Enabling auto-dispatch for one will automatically disable it for the other.
What are the default delivery settings for HungerRush?
HungerRush defaults to "Meet at Door" for deliveries.
If the delivery is incomplete (i.e., no one is available to receive the order), it defaults to "Leave at Door."
