High Radius - How to link accounts

For users with multiple billing accounts, High Radius is able to link these accounts under a single billing portal login for your convenience.

First, locate each invite email for each account you would like to link. 

• Each billing account should send its own invite link email, so you should have an invite email for each HungerRush account you are associated with

After locating your invite emails, click the Register link within the invite email (highlighted in yellow below):

At the login page, log in with your existing High Radius credentials

• Once logged in with your existing credentials, you will receive a pop-up message (example below) asking whether you want to link this billing account to your existing HighRadius portal account:

After selecting 'Confirm', this billing account is now linked with your HighRadius access credentials.

To link additional accounts, simply follow the same steps for each invite email you received for each billing account.
