Auto Pay makes it convenient for your store to pay all billing charges automatically without having to manually create payments each billing cycle.

To set up Auto Pay, log into your High Radius Portal account and follow these steps:

First, select the 'Workboard' tab on the main page, then select the 'Auto Payment' option to the right of the screen

You will then see a new page with settings to configure your Auto Payment (recommended options are below the image)

Select the 'Enable Auto Pay' option, then set the Payment Frequency to 'Daily'

  • Note: This will not charge your account daily, but instead will check for open invoices each day and make an autopayment within one day if one is found. Invoices will still be sent at their standard interval.

Set the Start Date to today's date, then select 'No' for the Auto Pay Limit

Set the Payment Type to 'ACH', then verify that the correct card/bank account is selected

  • If you have already added a bank account or credit/debit card, this information should auto populate; Verify that the correct account/card is selected before proceeding.

Once you have filled out all Auto Pay settings, select the 'Submit' button to save your changes and activate automatic payments
