High Radius can also be used to look up information on previous payments to your Billing account.
To find information on your past payments, first log into your High Radius portal, then select the 'Payment History' tab at the top
Next, select the orange 'Advanced Search' option at the right
To locate a specific payment, first select the 'Search By' option, then select the blue $ symbol at the right of the 'Paid Amount' box
In this new window, select the 'Equals To' option, then enter the exact amount of the payment at the right side
- Note: If you are not certain of the exact payment total, you can use the options in the 'Select Ranges' tab to specify a payment range (Example: $1500-$2000)
After specifying the payment amount, select the 'Add' button at the bottom of this window to add the amount value to your search
Next, select the blue Date Range icon to the right of the 'Payment Initiated On' box
In this menu, select the 'Select Ranges' tab, then enter the starting date and ending date that you want to search between for your payment
After inputting your desired date range, select the 'Add' button at the bottom right to add the dates to your search query
Finally, select the Orange 'Search' button to find payments matching the payment amount/dates you selected
