If desired, High Radius can automatically notify you via email when new invoices/statements are posted to your accounts
After logging into your High Radius portal, go to the 'Administration' tab and select 'Preferences' at the left side
In this menu, first select the 'Enabled/Disabled' dropdown menu to enable the notifications for invoices and/or statements
Next, set the Preferred Mode to 'Email' to receive email notifications
Finally, verify that the Preferred Frequency is set to Daily for invoices and Monthly for statements
- Note: 'Daily' invoices will not send an email notification every day, but instead will ensure that you are sent an email notification within one day of any new invoice being posted.
Once you have finished configuring your notification settings, select the 'Save' option to confirm your changes.
