High Radius - How to Find Invoice Details Related to a Specific Charge

High Radius' Payment History tab allows you to find which invoices were paid by each payment made to your billing account, as well as the details of what items were billed on each invoice.

This will require you to find an ACH payment in the search tab - See this article for more information on searching for payments: High Radius - How to look up ACH payment/applied invoice – HungerRush

After logging into High Radius, go to the 'Payment History' tab at the top, then use either the basic search filter at the top left or the Advanced Search (orange button at the top right) to find a specific bank/card payment

Once you have located the payment you want more information for, select the 'View' option for that payment under the 'Invoices Paid' column at the right

You will see a pop-up message showing the invoice number(s) paid with this payment. Copy each invoice number.

Now, go to the 'Closed Transactions' tab at the top left, and search for the invoice number(s) you acquired in the step above

Once you have located the specific invoice, select the 'View' option for that invoice under the 'Sales Invoice PDF' column at the right side of this page

This will bring up a new window showing the full details of that invoice, including the items being charged and related service period (if applicable)
