Step by Step Instructions

Click on Mgmt then Employee.

Verify the employees that are managers, and the serves have the correct permission to be able to transfer orders.

The security needed for this is under Management – servers and it’s called Reassign Server orders.

Now that is taken care of next, we will make sure the labor type itself has the correct security assigned to it and is correctly configured.

 

Next we will save changes and exit back to home menu and click config.

Then select system.

Click labor tab in the top center and select Server from the list on the left hand side.

On the right-hand side   make sure the security group is set up for server from the drop-down menu.

Next you want to make sure the labor type itself is set up as Server.? To indicate that this labor type is a server labor type.

Now you are ready to transfer orders, head back to the home screen.

Click orders.

Then go to order lookup in the bottom right.

In order look you will see a new drop down showing a list of servers on the clock.

 At the bottom you will see more options as well.

You will click the reassign button to be taken to a new window.

Selecting one of the orders from the list of all server orders will display a name in the reassign from section on the right.

Using the drop down you can then select the server who you want to have the order.

Then you would click the reassign order button.

Then click yes.

And the order is now reassigned to a new server.
