Step by Step Instructions

You may get an order paid by a customer, and same customer would like to add items to their order. This is how to charge the same credit card on the same order.

Open the order that has an amount due, after placing additional items to the order.

Press send or collect and a payment screen will pop up.

Select Credit Card.

 Select Same Card in the bottom left.

Select Yes for the new total and the charging of the same card. The order can now be found on order lookup paid in full.
