Restaurant Management September 7, 2022
This document contains release notes for Restaurant Management first, then for POS.

The following Restaurant Management issues were addressed in this release Restaurant Management bug fixes:

  •  ‘Removed Payment Audit’ is categorizing "Non-Cash / Credit Card" transactions as the wrong Payment Type Category
  •  The GUI needs to reflect accurately when adding a time-based group in the ‘Time-Based Menu’ section
  •  The ‘Removed Payments Audit Report’ displays blank
  •  Adjustments to a Deposit from a previous day do not automatically sync up
  •  The minimum age to sell restricted items setting needs to be removed
  •  DPR (Daily Performance Report) not displaying un-dispatched orders
  •  When Drivers are dropping credit cards, their tips are not showing up on the Payroll Report
  •  Signature threshold is not able to be set higher than $99
  •  Unable to change order type hours to ‘close’ after midnight

The following POS issues were addressed in this release POS Bug Fixes:

  •  "No Substitution Credit" configuration not working
  •  Defer Force Print Hour setting does not work
  •  When balancing the only open drawer but there are open orders, there is not a warning message stating there are open orders
  •  Selecting "DoorDash Details" on View Order from the Dispatch Screen crashes the app
  •  ‘Print Timecard on Clock-out’ (when there's no local printer specified) doesn't prompt for the select printer screen and does not print the clock-out ticket
  •  Surcharge Name fields in Restaurant Management allow names that are over the max character limit of 25
  •  Linked Preferences will not calculate the Prices unless a Size is added to the Item
  •  Linked Preferences shows a Price as an integer/decimal
  •  Deposit Table in the Syncrecords Table is writing incorrect Table Keys when Deposit is deleted from Same Business Day
  •  When you delete a Deposit that has not synced yet, it doesn’t delete the sync records for ‘depositcashdrawer’
  •  Cust Info on Name Only Order Types, gets overwritten by New Cust info on “Require All” order types
  •  When a Payment is made to an Account, an ‘OOPS Error’ populates when sending Delivery Order
