Step by Step Instructions
To get to the menu you editor you click on Order.
Click on Edit menu.
Click Edit menu.
Right click on the group you want to work on and hit edit group.
You will come to the Group Tab which is shown below.
Click on the Sizes tab.
This will bring you to a page where you can set up sizes and how they will appear on the menu.
The first box is the Available sizes this is all the sizes that you have created but are not currently being used.
a. You can take a size that you have used before and add it to the menu by clicking on the size so that it is highlighted.
b. Hit the add button.
c. If you do not have the size currently in the Available Sizes box you can add a new on.
i. Add a new size by typing in the name of the new size.
ii. click add
d. You can delete a size by clicking on it to highlight it and hitting Delete Size.
Next you have the Current Group Sizes this will show the sizes that are currently active for the menu group you selected.
a. You can move the order that the sizes will appear in the menu
i. Click on the size in the Current Group Sizes so it is highlighted.
ii. Click on the Up or down arrow to move it to the order you want it to appear.
i. Size Name- This is how the size will show in the reports and in the database.
ii. Button Name- This is the name that will appear on the button in the menu.
iii. Receipt Name- This is how the Size will show on the receipt.
iv. Kitchen Name- This is how the Size will print on the Kitchen ticket or show on the kitchen display.
v. Online Name- This is how the size will show in your online menu.
vi. Default Price- This allows you to select how much more this each size will be for the same item.
vii. Is Default Size- This will be the size automatically selected for this menu Group if no size is selected by the person ringing in the order.
viii. No half and half- This will make it so that the size itself will not allow customers to get half and half.
