Step by Step Instructions

From the dispatch screen it is possible to keep an eye on delivery orders that are currently sitting in a deferred status. Turning on the option is very simple and may prove to be an asset in keeping up with what orders are coming up in the near future. Follow the steps below to accomplish this configuration.

From the main menu of the POS, select the Delivery Tab to begin the configuration.

Once the Tab has opened up, select the option for Config and then select the very last option to ‘Show Deferred Orders’

Once the above steps have been completed a new tab will become available on the bottom left-hand side of the dispatch screen, allowing for the viewing of delivery orders that are currently sitting in deferred.
