Step by Step Instructions

When you have a delivery order you driver may need directions or you may also need to know the distance of the delivery. Mapping the order can give you the information you need.

First you will click the Delivery button to go to the dispatch screen.

Then you will highlight the order you wish to map and in the center of the screen click map order.

This will take you to a map showing the location of the store and the delivery destination.

The first button on the bottom left will allow directions to be displayed with the map.

When you select the print option you are given 3 options for printing. These are map only, directions only or both map and directions.

The other buttons are for zooming in and out on the map.

Once the order has been mapped and any directions or maps have been printed you may now click close in the bottom right and go back to finish the dispatching of the order.
