Step by Step Instructions
In order to change the delivery times, we will first need to set a default time. First you will log into the POS.
From here you click on config.
Then select system.
You will be brought to the system configuration screen.
Now click on order types and stages in the upper part of the screen.
Which will bring you to the order type screen.
Now select Delivery and or Pickup.
Then on bottom right hand side of screen click edit next to estimated time.
The next screen will pop up allowing you to edit the time by using the drop-down menu.
Now that the default time is set, we will show you how to temporarily increase the time or decrease it based on your needs due to customer volume.
From the main screen select orders.
Use the drop-down menu in top left to select your order type Web Delivery, Delivery, Pickup Web Pickup.
Tap the yellow box with the time listed on it i.e. 60 minutes.
You will get a prompt informing you that you will be temporarily setting the time, which will remain in affect for 24 time span. (or until you click close day button)
Click yes to proceed with changing the time.
** Note time updates for online order types happen within about 5 minutes before changes reflect online**
Enter the new time you wish the estimated time to be.
The time will be changed on the order screen. All other workstations will be updated upon new order and your online customer will be notified of the new time when they place their order.
When touching or clicking the Estimated Time on the order screen and you receive no response you may not have security to edit the value.
Go to management on the home screen then select employee.
Enter your password or use manager ID.
Locate the employee and select edit then click security.
Please proceed to Security and add access to Adjust Estimated Order Time.
